The business was established in 2005 and has been very successful. While other agencies have closed because of the changes in the marketplace, due to the worldwide financial crises, we are still running due to the fact that place2live clients do obtain results and get great value for money. place2live is a very cost efficient organisation, making it possible for its clients to make savings when selling their property.

place2live plan to expand the business with only 4 partners. The idea is that you will not need to have any out-of-pocket expenses to get your share of the business, you will need very limited up-front office establishment costs, you will not need to subscribe to the required web sites, systems and insurances since these are already paid for and in place. Add to this the proven business procedures and streamlined office operation that will assist you in growing your own business segment

You will, after having worked one year as a subcontractor to place2live - where you and the current shareholders of the business find that there is a common understanding of how to conduct real estate business, and having achieved your specific place2live business goals - be offered a share in the business.

You will get 80% of the sales commission that you generate during the initial year and during subsequent years as a partner and you will pay NO DESK FEES.

your business area is located somewhere in Queensland, not necessarily close to the place2live HQ in Samford North West of Brisbane

you work hard and play hard
you enjoy a balanced work and life lifestyle

you have a good knowledge about computers and IT
you know that tomorrows real estate business will be focused on the internet and social networks, the days of shop-front based operation and news paper advertisements is quickly becoming a thing of the past
